- Activity: Puzzles are assigned to each group with a different set of instructions. Students will collaborate to complete the puzzle.

- Activity: Students begin writing their Mission Statement in their journal — include what’s important to you: goals, dreams, etc. and how you hope to accomplish them? How can the mission statement help you make the best decisions?
- Work through the Four Methods: #1 The Quote Collection; #2 The Brain Dump; #3 The Retreat; #4 The Big Lazy
Friday, September 14
- In writing the mission statement students must watch out for dangerous roadblocks that could derail their plans–note and discuss beginning p.92
- Once your mission is in place, study the 5 keys to Goal Setting pp. 94-98
- Goals in Action pp. 98-103
